Tim O’Connor – Executive Director, Catalyst Physical Medicine
Dr. Tim O’Connor graduated from Life University in 1992 and began his professional career in Phoenix, Arizona as a high volume family chiropractor, quickly developing a reputation as his community’s favorite chiropractor.Prompted by his experience in successfully treating patients when cooperating with other physicians, Dr. O’Connor joined Physicians Business Solutions as a consultant in 2009 advising medical and chiropractic physicians across the country in transforming their single discipline offices into integrated medical practices. Dr. O’Connor is an expert on the latest state of the art research and technology in spinal corrective therapies and how to integrate these techniques with medical tests, labs and injection procedures. He and his team have achieved great success with reliving pain, inflammation and fatigue, just to name a few symptoms, in his patients. In 2012, Dr. O’Connor executed his dream of creating an integrated medical practice and currently serves as Executive Director of Catalyst Physical Medicine in Alpharetta Georgia. He spends his free time with his partner, Jennifer and their 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks hiking, skiing and hunting.

Dr. Roseman- Medical Doctor
Dr. Roseman has undergraduate degrees in both Music and Genetics from University of California, Berkeley. After attending medical school in Wisconsin, Dr. Roseman completed his Surgery Residency at University of California San Francisco and then a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Roseman settled with his family in Knoxville Tennessee, where he has enjoyed practicing Surgical Oncology for the past 15 years. He helped build a Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Program at The Thompson Cancer Center, and found the team approach to be the most rewarding way for newly diagnosed Breast Cancer patients to learn about and discuss treatment options. He moved to Atlanta to focus exclusively on the areas of his practice he finds most satisfying and challenging to treat: Breast Cancer and Melanoma. He is also a member of the Legislative Committee of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, where he is actively writing and speaking about changes in our current Health Care System. Dr. Roseman has offices in Buckhead and Lithia Springs, and is already enjoying living and practicing on the west side of Atlanta.
Dr. Randy E. Durbin- D.O./Medical Director
Dr. Durbin is a licensed physician in the practice of primary care medicine and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, opioid dependence and musculoskeletal problems (neck, back, joints). Incorporating an Osteopathic treatment approach, Dr. Durbin aims to restore optimal health and wellness to patients by drawing from a range of treatment options, including manual medicine, joint and trigger point injections, weight management, and appropriate medical prescriptions. Patient care focuses on improving overall health while involving the patient in all aspects of health care decision making.
Dr. Lauren Doscher- Chiropractor
Dr. Lauren Doscher grew up in Pittsfield, MA and it was there that she was introduced to her chiropractic mentor. As a result, she worked in a chiropractic office throughout college and had the privilege of witnessing many patients recover from injury and work toward healthier lifestyles. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Lauren is excited to serve the Alpharetta community and provide well-rounded, holistic healthcare as a part of Catalyst Physical Medicine. She has continued her education with seminars on Functional Rehabilitation and Care of Whiplash Patients, and utilizes Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator techniques to ensure each patient receives the most appropriate care.
Dr. A.J. Farrier
Dr. A.J. Farrier is excited to be a part of the Catalyst Physical Medicine treatment team. Dr. Farrier grew up in Orlando, FL and attended school at Florida State University for undergraduate studies. After earning his bachelors in Exercise Science. Physiology at Florida State University he continued his education at Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Ga, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Farrier is skilled in Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion and Distraction, Decompression techniques as well as Activator techniques. Dr. Farrier prides himself in using the most modern, evidence based procedures in diagnosing and treating his patients. By setting goal oriented outcomes and focusing on the root of patient conditions his patients receive the upmost quality care.
Heather Wanner- Nurse Practitioner
Heather Wanner graduated from Baylor Univeristy in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and then continued her educated earning a Master’s of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She moved to Cumming Georgia in 2012 with her husband Scott Wanner and two children. Mrs. Wanner is experienced in Family Care, Internal Medicine, Hematology/ Oncology. She has worked in clinics, hospital, as well as Rehab and extended care facilities.
Michelle A. Robinson- Physician Assistant
Michelle Robinson completed a heavy science curriculum at the University of Georgia in Athens. She received her Physician Assistant degree Cum Laude from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. After a four year tenure in Gynecologic Oncology at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital & Clinics, Michelle embarked upon an eleven year career in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing with industry giants GlaxoSmithKline and Abbott Laboratories. She earned numerous national sales awards, climbed the corporate ladder into training and management, and transitioned into Medical Device Sales and Marketing. Most recently, Michelle reestablished her clinical career by completing a two year preceptorship in Interventional Chronic Pain Management. When she isn’t working, Michelle enjoys spending time at the baseball field or at the AAU basketball games cheering on her two young Sons.
Jen Dorgan – President/Office Manager
With over 20 years of banking administration experience in both New York and London, Jen is excited about her professional move to the healthcare industry. Jen lives in Milton with her partner, Dr. Tim, and their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
